— Mayne St. Market closed its Benson location. It’s last day was Oct. 18. It was at 6207 Maple St.
— Jazz, the Lousiana-focused restaurant downtown, closed. The restaurant opened in 2006 at 1421 Farnam St. It has several other locations around the Midwest and one in Texas.
— Copps Pizza took over the former SmashBurger location at 7204 Jones St. The locally owned pizza place has several signature items, including a cream cheese pie.
— Jukes Ale Works, a tap room serving the brewery’s locally made beer along with casual food, is open in Elkhorn. It’s at 20560 Elkhorn Dr.
— Los Tapatios took over the former Ixtapa location in Bellevue. The restaurant, at 3905 Twin Creek Dr., is owned by the same people who run Margarita’s, at 4915 S. 72nd St.
— The Sons of Italy Hall, famous for its spaghetti feeds, is on the verge of reopening after a fire. It’s having an open house this Sunday and invites guests to see the newly remodeled space. The hall is at 1238 S. 10th St.
