New restaurant from Twisted Cork owner; sushi comes to Inner Rail

→ Pacific Eating House, a new restaurant from the owners of Twisted Cork Bistro, is opening March 3 at 1130 Sterling Ridge Dr, off 132nd and Pacific Streets.

The restaurant, owners Darrell and Laura Auld said on their website, is the continuation of their original restaurant at 107th and Pacific Streets. Pacific Eating House will combine ingredients from the upper northwest, where the couple is from, with ingredients from the Midwest. The new spot is twice the size of Twisted Cork, and has several private rooms.

→ Nori Sushi is now open in Aksarben Village’s Inner Rail Food Hall. It replaced ACTQ, one of the original tenants, that served Mexican food.

According to the hall’s Instagram page, owners and co-chefs Diwesh and Bishal met 15 years ago working in restaurants and have worked for many years in the Omaha hospitality industry; Diwesh is married to Aagya, one of the owners of Kathmandu Momo Station, also in Inner Rail. Kathmandu Momo Station’s original location is in the Blackstone District.

Nori serves sushi rolls, rice bowls, salads and sides.
