Rivera’s remains an unbelievably popular restaurant in the neighborhood, even though they have not resumed table service. On Cinco de Mayo Jesus, the head chef and owner, instagrammed a picture of him with a string of at least 30 carryout order receipts, one of which was mine. Wanted dinner at 6 pm. Didn’t care it came to curbside delivery until 6:30. Simply the best Mexican food in Omaha.
