→ The Mandarin, a new Chinese spot, is open in Aksarben Place. The restaurant, at 6307 Center St., is a fast-casual setup serving all the Americanized Chinese favorites.

Mars Bar and Grill, known for its 99 taps and regular live music, closed Feb. 26. The bar originally was a Growler USA franchise, and changed ownership, reopening in 2019 after the original business closed.
